collectible vehicles, scale models and related products.

Risk relating to the product may pass to the customer upon delivery

8. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
If the outer package appears seriously damaged,
customers should document the condition with photographs or video
and contact OZEE as soon as possible.
For damaged, incorrect or missing items, customers should contact OZEE with:
- Order number
- Photographs/videos
- Product photographs
- Packaging photographs
- Description of the issue
This will help us investigate the matter with the courier or supplier.
9. Returns and Replacements
Returns and replacements are subject to OZEE’s applicable return policy
and UAE consumer protection requirements.
A return or replacement request may be considered where:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged before delivery.
- The product does not conform to the confirmed order.
The product may need to be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Collectible items: Because many OZEE products are collectible models,

10. Change of Mind / Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our confirmation.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.
Where a cancellation or return is accepted,
any refund will be processed through the applicable payment method,
subject to the relevant terms and applicable law.
11. Pre-Orders
For pre-order products:

- Delays by manufacturers, suppliers or shipping companies may occur.
- Pre-order quantities are limited and subject to availability.

Availability of such products cannot be guaranteed after the listed stock is sold.
Minor manufacturing variations, paint imperfections, packaging differences
and other characteristics associated with mass-produced collectible models may occur.
13. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

- Not attempt to interfere with or damage the website.
- Not use automated systems or methods to abuse promotions or purchasing limits.

OZEE shall not be considered in breach of these Terms & Conditions
where performance is prevented or materially delayed by circumstances
beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions,
transportation disruptions, strikes, war, civil disturbances, system failures
or supplier/manufacturer disruptions.

22. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws
of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable,
the laws and regulations of the relevant Emirate in which OZEE operates.
